My Favorite Soap & Glory Products

Recently, I have discovered and have fallen in love with the Soap and Glory brand. I cannot even begin to tell you how many times their displays caught my eye, but I always considered them to be “a little bit expensive” so it detoured me away from the brand all together. It wasn’t until a Pinterest post that sparked my curiosity and I knew I just had to try Soap & Glory!

My first purchase was the Face Soap and Clarity Vitamin C Facial Wash. I had been wanting this for some time, I went back and forth from Ulta to Target a few times before I finally purchased it, and I am so glad I did. My face felt so refreshed and tingly after the first use. There are small scrubbing beads to help clean the bacteria and gunk out of your pores. I have been using this for six months and I am on my third bottle. It does last quite some time and is definitely worth it for the price, once you really crunch the numbers. I honestly, will not use any other facial wash again.

In the same family of facial washes my next absolute favorite skin care essential is the T Zone Detox Scrub. This has a gritty consistency, which I love. It reminds me of Ajax scrubbing cleaner and also has a similar scent. I have used this as not only a facial wash but a spot treatment, obviously, on my T Zone area. I let the product dry and harden on the skin and then wipe off with a damp cloth, results are clearly visible after a few uses.

The next product I could just take scoop out and eat, it smells THAT GOOD, is the Smoothie Star, lightly whipped, body butter cream. I actually learned about this product from Tati Westbrook when she mentioned it in one of her videos reviewing Soap & Glory cosmetics. This body butter is not greasy, goes on smooth and just sinks into the skin beautify. This is unlike a lot of body butters that I have used, because, most of the time, the lotion comes out too think and greasy. This body butter is the perfect consistency, not to mention…it smells fantastic. I am already on my third jar and I have only been using it for about two months now, I highly recommend this lotion to anyone and everyone!

The next product falls into the same category of the body buttercream, it is the Smoothie Star body spray. If you think the Body Buttercream smells good, pair it with a spritz of the body spray and you will smell amazing. The body spray not only has the notes of the body butter, it also has a clean, not over powering smell to it. I was hesitant to purchase the body spray because every time I would take the top off to smell it, there was always a strong alcohol smell to me, I couldn’t make out the same scent as the body butter. Finally, Ulta had a sale on Soap & Glory products, something along the lines of buy two get one 50% off, I decided I would purchase it and give it a chance, and boy, I was glad I did. Once spritzed on my clothes it smelled amazing with a fresh, clean scent, with a hint of vanilla. I highly recommended purchasing this spray to pair with the body butter.

Last, but definitely not least is the XXL Pillow Plump lip plumping gloss. I discovered this one day at Target perusing down the beauty aisles. Knowing I was going to be getting my lips filled soon, I knew I had to try it. The feeling when applicated on the lips is very tingly and nice, the gloss is a bit sticky, which some people do not like…but I find it very moisturizing and nourishing-I find myself applicating this frequently, especially at work. I would not recommend if you have very sensitive lips or do not like lip plumping products as this gloss is highly plumping and tingly.
